Vemos la creatividad como una herramienta, no como un fin en sí. Respetamos el trabajo de los competidores, siempre que está bien hecho, y se lo decimos a quien nos pida una opinión. Odiamos el despilfarro. Si pensamos que un proyecto es sobredimensionado o poco eficaz, lo decimos, aunque perdamos ingresos. Y siempre que nos queden energías y tiempo, hacemos el kilómetro extra que separa un buen trabajo de uno muy bueno. Porque somos así.

Veim la creativitat com una eina, no com un fi en si mateix. Tenim respecte pel treball dels competidors, sempre que estigui ben fet, i li ho deim a qui ens en demani una opinió. Odiam el malbaratament. Si pensam que un projecte està sobredimensionat o és poc eficaç, ho deim, encara que perdem ingressos. I sempre que ens quedin energies i temps, feim el quilòmetre extra que separa un bon treball d'un de molt bo. Perquè som així.

Kreativität ist für uns ein Mittel, kein Zweck. Wir respektieren die Arbeit der Konkurrenz, wenn sie gut ist, und teilen das auch mit. Wir hassen Geldverschwendung. Wenn wir ein Projekt für überdimensioniert halten, sagen wir das, auch wenn es unser Auftragsvolumen vermindert. Und wann immer uns Kraft und Zeit bleibt, gehen wir die Extrameile, die einen guten Job von einem sehr guten unterscheidet. Weil wir so sind.

That’s the way we are
We see creativity as a tool, not an end in itself. We respect the work of our competitors, as long as it is well done, and we are not afraid of saying so to whoever asks our opinion. We hate waste. If we think a project is too large and unwieldy, or inefficient, we say so, even though that may lose us income. And as long as we still have the time and energy, we will cover the extra mile that separates a good job from an excellent one. Because that’s the way we are.
